ENTRY INFORMATION FOR MASTERS EVENT 2

Registration will be for individuals who have registered in this Tournament Management Software (Able to Log In) and are Members of the Miami Valley Masters.   If you have issues? or Download Printable Application

 

Group considerations will be submitted via an email link upon receipt of entry email confirmation

Date: Monday, June 25, 2018
 

Entry Fee: $99 per person
 

Entry Includes: green fee, cart, range, awards & dinner.   ($20 Discount for those playing at Home Club)
 

Start Time: 1pm Shotgun Starts
 

Eligibility: Contestants must have a valid USGA GHIN Handicap Index issued through the Miami Valley Golf Association (MVGA) Member Club, be age 50 or older on the day of the event and pay the one time initiation fee of $25. 
 

Groupings Available: Groupings will be e-mailed to addresses provided on the entry form and at www.miamivalleygolf.org.
 

Divisions of Play:  Based on age the day of event.  Divisions are determined by equality of number.
 

Format of Play: 18 holes of Stroke Play.
 

Awards: Both Gross and Net Winners will be awarded in each Age Division of Play.
 

Ties:  The USGA recommended scorecard playoff will be used to break all ties. More Detail
